Terms

Plain-language operating terms

These terms are written for the site as it exists today: a lightweight public comparison tool built around active listings and range-estimate logic. They should stay readable and should not pretend the site is already a much larger service than it is.

What the site is

evrange.info is an informational tool for comparing used EV listings. It helps users shortlist, sanity-check, and explore the market. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or an official vehicle inspection service.

The site is intended to be a thin, source-linked index with proprietary EV comparison logic layered on top, not a full mirror of the originating marketplace page.

Accuracy and availability

Listings can be incomplete, mislabeled, removed, relisted, or changed without notice. Non-WLTP range values are estimates, not battery-health measurements. The site aims to be careful and transparent, but it cannot guarantee that every listing or estimate is correct at all times.

Outbound links and sponsorship

The explorer links to third-party listings and may include clearly labeled sponsored routes to third-party services. Those destinations operate under their own terms and policies. A sponsored click should never be required to use the product.

The original listing remains authoritative for seller identity, photos, exact equipment, and live availability. evrange.info may remove or simplify source-side detail as part of keeping the index lightweight.

Data minimisation and retention

The product aims to keep only the fields needed for source linking and EV comparison. Source images, seller personal data, and full raw listing text are not intended to remain in the long-term index, and older runtime payloads are pruned on a short retention window.

Reasonable use

Use the site in a normal human way. Do not intentionally abuse it, overload it, or present it as an official valuation or warranty source.

Changes

Because the product is still evolving, the explorer, guides, disclosures, and operating terms may change as the site improves trust cues, consent handling, or monetisation treatment.

Contact route

The current public contact route is the Contact page. It can also be used for listing corrections and takedown requests. If the site grows into a more data-heavy or more commercial service, these terms should be revisited with more formal review.
